Again, by an argument from legitimacy (of the national over the foreign) it seems the immigrant culture bears the burden of change. By default, at least. 

You might disagree about the legitimacy of this claimed &quot;legitimacy&quot;. Of course, it&#039;s a totally divisive question. Whose culture should prevail in the West? The answer pretty much defines your politics, these days.</description>

		<description>I agree that this is a democratic decision and overriding it with human rights legislation is out of line. But what an appalling vote referendum result. It&#039;s the same argument as when Sarkozy floated banning the niqab. It&#039;s superficial tokenism when considered integration/assimilation policy is required.</description>
